Separated "Show Labels" and "Color Tree" options so turning labels on and off no longer re-draws the tree. Also made a "Structure Only" option for drawing only the lines in the tree.

Moved handling of "user" changelabel errors out. ChangeLabel done through the edit action always completes successfully or throws an error. This makes sure that the graph edits only get set when the change works.

- Added auto-generated version information and all version info should now be retrieved using the Helper.GetVersion call.

Removed connected component analysis in merged-cell code, since it doesn't work without the bioinformatics toolbox.

Don't initialize Figures time before FixOldFileVersions, also don't allow LogAction to reset Figures.time.

Fixes to initialization order to allow FixOldFileVersions to run (and save) before figure windows are initialized.

Some fixes from mitosis branch: Don't run ChangeTrackID if current and desired track are the same and avoid (startHash <= 0), also fix in ProcessNewborns to reflect GetHullID returning 0 if no hull is found.
